Yes. Every candle is hand-poured to order based on your selected shape, wax color, scent, ribbon, and personalization. Because each piece is made specifically for you, all sales are final.

Standard production is 7–10 business days. Rush orders (3–5 business days) are available for an additional fee — please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Changes may be possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After production begins, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please review your order recap carefully before submitting.

Individual product pages have no minimum. The Build Your Own studio has a minimum of 10 units per design. Wholesale/event pro accounts start at 50 units.

Each candle is individually wrapped in tissue and nestled in a custom kraft box with branded ribbon. Bouquets are packaged in a rigid gift box with a satin liner.
